Just because a mouthpiece has been dropped or damaged does not mean it is a lost cause.  Many types of damage can be repaired on hard rubber and metal pieces including dents, dings, chips, scratches, and even broken tips and rails.  All repair work will be quoted individually and may include refacing charges as well.
